Administration
The administration procedure is designed to protect the business and assets of a company or partnership which has or is likely to become insolvent in the hope that its financial difficulties can be overcome and it can survive as a going concern or if not that a better outcome can be achieved for those affected by its insolvency than if instead it was wound up.
Changes to the procedure made by the Enterprise Act 2002 have made it more widely available and more cost effective. At CRi we advise and assist in all aspects of the administration process from advice as to the appointment of an administrator through to the conclusion of an administration.
If you would like to discuss any aspect of a current or prospective administration please contact us.
