David Beresford
David was admitted to the roll of solicitors in 1978 and has over 30 years experience in property related legal work. He actually commenced his working life as a trainee certified accountant before switching "codes".
Over the years he has dealt with a diverse range of property and commercial tansactions from thousand acre farms and 100 plus employee factories, to, at the other end of the spectrum, market stalls and log huts!
He has a particular specialism in insolvency related property work servicing the property law requirements of the firm's two Licensed Insolvency Practitioners and Insolvency Advisory Department.
His extra curricular interests include ornithology and photography and he survived life as a class 1 soccer referee. He is a Doncaster Rovers season ticket holder (someone has to be!) and a qualified SCUBA diver, but his main passion in life is playing serious bridge.
