Rebecca Davison
Rebecca graduated with an LLB from the University of Hull in 2005 and was awarded the Oxford University Publishing Prize for Employment Law. Her Legal Practice Course was undertaken at the College of Law in York where she achieved a Distinction.
Rebecca is a member of the Law Society Probate Section and specialises in dealing with wills, trusts, lasting powers of attorney and the administration of estates. She advises and acts for beneficiaries, executors of wills and administrators of estates. Rebecca has particular experience in dealing with intestate estates including those with missing beneficiaries.
Rebecca also has experience of dealing with general property issues, insolvency property transactions and litigation.
Her interests outside of work include travelling, photography and reading.
