We regularly advise Employers in respect of all their needs whether that relates to creating new contracts of employment or updating existing contracts as changes to legislation come into force or managing the termination of Employees whether by redundancies either voluntarily or forced or dismissal. Our aim in such advice is always to minimise the risk to our clients of being faced with a Tribunal claim.
Employers must ensure that proper procedures are complied with whether disciplining an Employee or terminating their employment.
