Inheritance
We are here to help you make sure that you protect your family and your assets in the future.
Everyone should make a will, so that when you die your estate, i.e. all that you own and have worked for, passes to those people you choose it should go to.
If you do not make a Will, the law says who will inherit your estate, and it may not be as you would wish!
You should consider appointing guardians for any children who are minors, if they should be left without parents.
You may wish to make provision to make sure you pay no more Inheritance Tax than you have to.
There are many circumstances, for example if someone in your family becomes disabled, or insolvent, where you may wish to create a Trust to safeguard your assets and their futures.
If you fall ill in your lifetime, you may wish to make a Power of Attorney to enable a relative to look after your affairs.
We can advise and help you with all these important decisions.
And when someone does die or needs help due to age or infirmity, we can assist you in taking all necessary steps, whether you need to obtain a Grant of Probate or any other step to protect and help your family.
